About me
Hello, My name is Luke Bratkovics. I am a 20 year old Penn State student who aspires to help people in their fitness journey. I left high school weighing under 145 pounds and have created a healthy plan that gave me the result of gaining around 40 pounds of lean muscle since. The same things I used for myself, is what I plan on sharing with my clients.
